- 2.Pre-assembled divorce packets are available: $7 (with children) or $4 (without children).
- 3.The FOC is in an adjacent building (Grady Porter Building). Enter through security at 313 W. Kalamazoo.
- 4.A secondary filing location is available at the Ingham County Courthouse in Mason (315 S. Jefferson, 3rd Floor).
- 5.Documents filed before 4:30 PM get same-day file stamps.
